Collect, read, judge
You tell us only what the registers don't know. We look up the rest and every week do the reading you have no time for.
Sign up with a company ID
Enter your company registration or VAT number. Name, address, legal form and the public contracts you have won come from public data. You add your fields, turnover, staff, references and certificates.
Collect
Public tenders from e-Naročanje and TED, and EU calls. A tender published in several places appears once. One incomplete source does not stop the others.
Read the documents
References per lot, certificates, staff, guarantees, award criteria and exclusion grounds. Every quote is checked against the original tender text.
Digest by e-mail
Every week a short digest with a verdict, deadline, contracting authority and a link to the original tender. An empty week gets a message too, so silence never looks like a failure.
Judged on what we know about you
When we are not sure, the digest says "check" instead of guessing. For tenders judged "no" you see the most common reason, such as missing references or staff.
We keep little, and say what
The judgement stays with us. The match is judged by a model running on the MediaAtlas server: your profile does not leave it. Tender texts are public.
Never in your name. We never submit, send or pay anything for you. You get a verdict and a link to the original tender; the decision is yours.
Take it all with you. We keep your data while you are subscribed and for 90 days after you leave. On your own page you can export or erase it at any time. We store no payment details and sell no data.

How much does it cost?
The first month is free. Before it ends we tell you the price in writing; nothing is charged without your confirmation. Details are in the terms of use on tenders.mediaatlas.si.
Do you submit the bid for us?
No. We never submit, send or pay anything in your name. You get a verdict and a link to the original tender.
How reliable is the verdict?
It depends on how much you tell us about yourself and how clear the tender documents are. When we are not sure, the digest says "check" instead of guessing. Always read the tender documents yourself before you bid: Razpisnik helps you decide, it is not legal advice.
Where do the tenders come from?
From the Slovenian e-Naročanje portal, from TED (public procurement across the EU) and from the EU Funding & Tenders portal. A tender published in several places reaches you once. For EU calls we judge the topic only, not the consortium, co-financing or eligibility.
Is it in English?
Not yet. Razpisnik is built for companies in Slovenia: the sign-up page, the digest and the support are in Slovenian.
